Biradri in rural Hindi means Brotherhood

Biradri.com is a Brotherhood of IITians.

There was a myth prevalant in the 1990s at IITB. Some may remember it as the "Dheech-Dhadak Club"
A secret society of IITians, if you will.

It was said that if you were ever in some sort of trouble and needed any sort of assistance...all you had to do was shout "Dheech-Dhadak" real loud, three times at the top of your voice.

Any IITian who happens to hear it, will drop whatever he is doing and rush to your assistance.

It was of course an Urban legend, intended to make gullible listeners look silly ...yelling "Dheech-Dhadak" in public places.

But Biradri.com , although designed along the same principles, is for REAL !
